An intimate setting, Shell Landing will be limited to just 16 fortunate families, with all homes accessed via a single private entry and cul-de-sac.

A community gathering place tucked within the neighborhood will feature a place to relax or entertain, with a tabby and brick patio with built-in fire-pit.  A small fishing dock will give easy access to the 2-acre pond which will be stocked with fish. A walking trail will weave through extensive plantings in the community spaces bordering the pond.
